It only took 30 years, but these hand knit caps are hot once again! Go retro this winter with these Made in USA caps. Pick your colors and text, we will do the rest. The pom on top is optional, but how could you possibly leave it off? Starting at only $4.99 each for 96 units and going down in price with higher quantities, these are a great value. Since we are smack dab in the middle of beanie season, and these are hand made by gnomes in Wisconsin, lead times are stretched right now. So, get on it, you know what to do!

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the SF Beer Community and the Brewers Association for putting together a fantastic week. It was an opportunity to see so many old friends and gain a lot of new ones. It is amazing when so many like-minded people gather to represent such an amazing industry.
And now for the Oscar-ish Speech (Cue the cheesy music and hold the applause until I finish):
Special Thanks to:
- The Toronado for allowing us to work some epic ass-grooves in the stools on the left side of the bar.
- The 46th floor for the opportunity to see all sorts of people that we did not remember seeing the next day.
- All of the CBC attendees for drinking as much as we did. It really masked our 5 day beer buzz.
- The housekeeping staff in the Hilton. No way our lovely wives would put up with that!
- Starbucks in the lobby. Really happy we did not have to venture out in the rain to get the morning coffee.
- Full Sail Session in the lobby bar. There were definitely some times when I needed a craft lager in between some big beers.
- Our faithful rental minivan. I have a new respect for the family truckster … and a set of stick figure family stickers for the back.
- And finally … our families back home for giving us a little buffer time to recover and ease back into daily life.
Dear Liver,
Hey. It’s me again. Yes, me … you know, the rest of the body you reside in.
I realize that I was tough on you last week at CBC. I also realize and respect the fact that we rely each other to remain vertical and above ground. I would like to tell you that this was a one time deal and that I will never do that to you again, but who are we kidding? There will be another Craft Brewers Conference in San Diego next year. GABF and OBF are right around the corner. Not to mention all of the camping trips, ski trips, golf outings, football games, random Thursday nights, random Tuesday mornings, brewery tours, etc. You get the point. This is an abusive relationship. All I can do is give you some time to heal, regenerate, and brace yourself for the next onslaught of craft beer and good times.
Please do not leave me. I love and respect you. I will try to give you more warning next time and provide you with the best tools to cope with this constant and prolonged abuse. Maybe one day we can become better friends. I do not see that anywhere in the near futue, but hey – one can dream right? Hope is all we have.
Much Love – Jeremy
PS – I would like to take this opportunity to throw the 3900 attendees at CBC 2011 under the bus. It is all your fault. Too many nice people and great craft beer to turn down … I am a weak man.
Now on tap … at our office
It is 41 degrees, pouring rain and we will not see the sun for a few more months.
You know what that means … It is spring in Portland! Seems only fitting that we have tapped some of Ninkasi Brewing Companies finest creations – Spring Reign.
“Notes of toasted malt up front, with a bright and crisp Northwest hop finish, it’s a session beer that everyone can enjoy!” 38 IBU, 6% ABV, seasonal release.
Sounds tasty huh? Well, if you come and visit us soon – we’ll pour you a pint (or six). Cheers!

***Update***
Welcome Josephine Marjorie born at 4:24am 7 lbs. 2 oz. 19 1/4″ long. Looks an awful lot like our UPS guy- Heyo!
In a matter of hours (we hope) there will be a new addition to the crew. Is it a girl? Is it a boy? Only time will tell. Best wishes to Heather & Joel. I hope the baby is a lot less stubborn out of the oven than it has been in the oven.
