Our hats are essentially your custom creation. All headwear is built from scratch. You choose the colors, style, fit, profile, closure and logo placement. All of our pricing includes two locations of embroidery.
You can pick one of our standard hat styles and customize it, piece together elements from different hats, or send us your favorite hat – we can always just re-create what you already have. Our goal is to make this easy, fun and unique.
How to Place Order:
- Browse our gallery, grab a current hat, or sketch out your ideas on a napkin.
- Call or email us for a free design consultation.
- We will send you virtual mock-ups for approval/changes.
- Place the order. Come on … all the cool kids are doing it!
- In about 4-5 weeks a box will show up at your door.
- Remove hats and stick ’em in your store, send ’em to your friends, taunt your enemies.
Basic Hat Price Includes:
- 2 locations of embroidery
- Choice of closure (excluding Flexfit)
- All set-up charges
- Free virtual sample
- Spec sample – $25.00 (charge waived if an order is placed)
- FOB Portland, Oregon – average shipping charge is $30.00 per 144 hats.

Production Time:
- Mock ups take 1-2 days
- Upon approval, allow about 2 weeks for pre-production sample
- Production time is about 35 days after proof approval
- Shipping time is 1-5 days via UPS Ground
Payment Terms:
First time orders require a 50% pre-payment. Balance due upon delivery. Credit terms are available for repeat and qualified customers. Contact us for credit application.
