Order Dispute Policy *

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us within 10 days to discuss available options.

Overrun / Underrun Policy *

All orders are subject to an industry standard 5% overrun or underrun policy. Order quantities will be billed according to final shipped amount over or under 5% of original order quantity.

Overdue Balance Agreement *

All overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
