Brewery Branding Co. is excited to team up with you to offer access to the value-added services we have to offer. From design services to fulfillment (B2B & B2C) to the highest quality merchandise, Brewery Branding Co. is your one-stop shop for all of y our merchandise and POS needs.
With over 10 years experience running E-comm and fulfillment programs, we have learned a ton about what makes a program work and, just as importantly, not work. As our program is not offered on a contractual basis; we have put together a set of guidelines to ensure a successful endeavor for both parties.
If these guidelines will work for your company, we're off to the races and ready to rock & roll! If they aren't ideal for you, that's ok! We are happy to continue offering the best quality merchandise without the E-comm & fulfillment piece.

We handle your online stores and fulfillment needs at not cost to you!
Including:
- Web Development, Order/Product Management, Hosting, and Maintenance
- Picking and Shipping Orders
- Warehousing
- Inventory Management
- Central Distribution for Multiple Retail Locations or Distributor Offerings
- Returns & Exchanges
- Customer Notifications (Order Confirmation, Shipping Notifications, and Tracking)
- Product Photography
WHAT’S THE CATCH? (aka Requirements)
- Any items that fall within our scope of business must be ordered through Brewery Branding.
- Stay current on your account balance.
- Active promotion of your online store.
- Minimum yearly spend of $50,000 on merchandise through Brewery Branding.

E-COMMERCE & FULFILLMENT GUIDELINES
ORDERING (Merchandise)
- Order directly through your rep via purchase order or email. Just like normal!
- We'll hold designated stock here at our warehouse for online store inventory.
INVOICING
- You will be invoiced for goods and applicable shipping charges via your standard terms up delivery to our warehouse.
- Shipping and handling charges from online store orders will be billed monthly on a separate invoice from merchandise.
INVENTORY
Warehousing and inventory management is a no-charge service!
- Monthly inventory and orders reports will be automatically emailed via our reporting platform Metorik.
- We will also set you up with a login to the Metorik dashboard for access to real-time inventory and a bevy of reports at your disposal.
- Par levels can be set to notify you and your rep when stock is low.
- Par levels are set by you, but can be updated or adjusted anytime.
- When a par level is reached, your rep will work with you on re-ordering, filling in sizes, phasing out, ect.
- We aren't able to offer physical counts on demand. If you'd like a physical count, you are welcome to send staff or hire a 3rd party service with 30-days notice.
WEB DEVELOPMENT
Web development is a no-charge service!
- We will develop and host your online store on our servers.
- The store will be designed to look and function just like your current website for a seamless experience for the end user.
- Development time is 4-6 weeks for a new store.
- Standard adjustments to the store will be made within 1 week of the request.
- Exceptions would be for difficult or time-consuming changes and/or adding features.
PRODUCT MIX
Any items that fall within our scope of business must be produced by Brewery Branding.
- We will not accept items from another vendor that we could produce.
- Approved goods that we don't make include:
- Glassware
- Tap Handles
- Neon Signage
- Home-Made Hobby Crafts Like Beer Soap or Bottle Cap Earrings
- Items that will not be accepted from another vendor under any circumstance:
- Aapparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Etc.)
- Headwear
- Tin Tackers
- General Merchandise:
- Sunglasses
- Coozies
- Patches
- Pins
- Coolers
- Stickers
- You Get the Idea...
- Pre-approved items from alternate vendors will be subject to:
- $25.00 per box + $0.50 per item receiving & stocking fee.
- Maximum of 2 pallets of non-BB goods held in our warehouse at any given time.
- These shipments must be communicated in advance with complete packing slips and necessary information provided up front.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum yearly spend of $50,000 on merchandise through Brewery Branding.
- We'll review at mid-year and year-end.
- If you aren't able to meet this requirement, the fulfillment program charge is $500/month.
- Approval required in this scenario
- Reviewed and billed at mid-year and year-end with credit applied for meeting qualifications.
- Stay current on your credit balance with us.
- Actively promote your online store.
FULFILLMENT
We'll package and ship any E-Commerce orders within 3 business days.
- Exceptions could be made for special packaging requests, but we'll work that out in advance.
- Shipping & Handling:
- $2.00 per standard shipment, $3.00 per shipment with glassware.
- Any additional cost for special packaging - TBD
- This charge is included with the end-customer's freight charge and collected with the sale. Still no cost to you!
SLOW OR NON-MOVING STOCK
- Items sitting in our warehouse collecting dust doesn't do either of us any good. If a product doesn't move for 12 months, let's come up with a plan to get it moving.
- Clearance
- Ship to your location for on-site sale
- Give it to staff
- Etc.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We can handle them or your can, totally up to you and we can work on a policy.
