Purpose
Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewer’s brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for our customers. The National Sales Manager is the point person responsible for building & guiding our sales team through a well thought out plan that benefits our brewery partners.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals while keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management. You must be a forward-thinking, high energy, creative, individual who has a proven background in successful team building.
Essential Job Duties Include
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Quarterly sales and performance presentations to Management team Setting the highest standards of any promotional or retail company Exceptional at finding ways to achieve sales goals while expanding customer base Will be active in the brewery industry Responsible for creating an effective sales standard for the benefit of our customers Must be extremely organized and great with managing high levels of e-mail communication Very active listener Very clear and active communicator Has the ability to answer every challenge with a “Yes, I can solve that” attitude Creating sales teams and setting both group targets and team targets for the sales division Develop detailed business plans and manage organizational sales, from reviewing expenses to generating sales growth for the company Managing an effective sales team and training, mentoring them and in the process, boost their performance To develop an effective business strategy for organizational sales and to help boost performance Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence About Us

Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience managing/running a sales team; preferably in the merchandise/promotional goods or the beer industry Position requires advanced knowledge and skills in the following areas: sales, business, category management, sales analytics, program planning, and organizational development Sales - Advanced knowledge and skills to execute solution based selling through a team of people Organization development - ability to interact effectively in one-on-one situations with co-workers and customers. Approachable personality with a strong customer focus. Demonstrates leadership with the ability to influence High level of computer software proficiency (MS Office; sales tracking tools), ability to update company databases Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Must be able to work flexible hours/days. Weekends and evening events are a common occurrence Familiarity of multiple aspects of the brewing and promotional industry Supervisory Responsibility
This role has direct supervised positions to manage
Work Environment
Due to the nature of the work, this position can be performed remotely. Travel within the USA is required up to 50% of the time.
Education
Preferred bachelor's degree.

Purpose

The Marketing position is critical in connecting our passion for the industry with our desire to help promote a brewery’s brand through a robust merchandise program. Our goal is to support every brewery in the US and help outfit their beer loving fans with the best merchandise possible.
Core Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be the driving force for building proactive, creative, and organized strategies while supporting our mission of serving every brewery in the country. We love producing brewery merchandise, and apparel but need a creative and organized individual to help us coordinate and share all our creative ideas to our brewery partners. A perfect individual will challenge the norm of how we use all social media platforms, challenge the sales team to be amazing, and run so fast with innovative ideas that we will need to recruit even more folks to keep up. Essential Job Duties Include
Work closely with sales to create internal and external communication pieces Create and upkeep a seasonal merchandise and promotional calendar Work with sales to find new ways to get BB in front of our customers Brainstorm fresh go to market ideas with BB Crew Collect regional trends from sales team to develop targeted promotional strategies for each region Work with customers marketing teams, internal staff, and external agencies and vendors Ability to work within tight and long-term deadlines Develop and maintain a calendar to direct our marketing efforts at industry events Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with management and leveraging the right internal processes Developing marketing strategies for new products Lead the process and team in designing, setup, and running of Brewery Branding booth at industry events Identify new and upcoming trends and gear by attending industry events Seasonally rebuild our showroom to highlight the best upcoming merch and programs we have to offer Photography – the ideal candidate will have an eye for elevated photography Must be able to edit photos to a final, polished state - photos to be used on a variety of platforms such as social media, posters, printed materials, etc. Must understand all social channels and audience Maintain an active social media presence to engage our customers Creative Digital Design – help create social media content (still and motion graphics), marketing collateral Provide ideas, examples, and inspiration to our E-Comm / Web Designer to improve the Brewery Branding website Analyze online store data and study customer purchasing trends Lead the company on an internal branding project Highly effective in one-on-one situations with co-workers and customers Weekends and evening functions from time to time – You will need to be available to work and attend industry events multiple times a year Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. This sales position is the critical point person responsible for creating partnerships with breweries to help promote their brands through the creation of killer brewery merchandise.
Core Responsibilities
First things first…you must have a love/passion for the craft beer industry. The folks within the beer world are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. The TSM is responsible for managing the development of sales within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. An ideal TSM will be amazing at: Finding and developing new accounts, helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through brewery merchandise, and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available brewery retail channels. The TSM will be the customers connection and voice to Brewery Branding and will act as the primary go-to for all challenges & opportunities.
Essential Job Duties Include
Active in-field selling with quarterly sales presentations being conducted with top customers Setting and maintaining the highest standards of any promotional or retail company within the following areas; sales interactions, quality of all merchandise, customer perceived value, and creating value to the brewing industry. Good at finding creative ways to achieve sales goals Can find ways to participate and support the brewery industry as a whole within managed area Will work closely and effectively with the production team Active with presenting new products and decoration trends to other in-house departments Must be extremely organized and great with managing high levels of communication through e-mail Will work directly with the design department to develop new merchandise for customers Ability to review customers art files and provide input to in house design team on layout and full color proofing is an essential job requirement Must be an exceptional communicator Must live in the region managed and close to a larger city Very active listener Has the ability to answer every challenge with a “Yes, I can solve that” attitude About Us

Work Environment
Due to the nature of the work, this position can be performed remotely. Travel within your territory is required up to 40% of the time. TSM are expected to be in the trade working directly with brewery customers 2-4 days a week.
