Purpose
Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and online store management for our customers. This position is a critical point person responsible for strengthening our partnerships with breweries and assist in the promotion of their brands and merchandise through e-commerce.
Core Responsibilities
First things first…you must have a love/passion for the craft beer industry. The folks within this world are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. As a main connecting point to our customers, you will be responsible for the creation of dynamic online stores for the breweries we work with – this includes the initial onboarding and ongoing site maintenance. An ideal E-comm Web Developer will be amazing at: helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through the sales of brewery merchandise and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available retail channels. In addition, they will present new ways for us to create a seamless customer interaction through our website.
Essential Job Duties Include
Develop and maintain WooCommerce websites including site creation, plugin implementation & updates, troubleshoot & solve bugs, monitor & improve performance of existing and future sites Solid knowledge of DNS settings, hosting setup, PHP and HTML/CSS Must be an exceptional and approachable communicator in person or via email, phone, and video calls in one-on-one and group settings with co-workers and customers Effective in the use of their time, able to demonstrate an understanding of prioritizing project urgency along with an ability to work under pressure while still delivering well executed projects on schedule. Has the ability to answer every challenge with a “Yes, I can solve that” attitude Collaborate with Brewery Branding team and e-commerce customers to execute tasks including sales/discount promotions, product visibility settings and special feature integrations while providing communication and feedback through the proper channels to help ensure all code/content deploys are successful Be aware of brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards in site creation Eager to assist with further development and enhancement of protocols and integrations through the WooCommerce platform that are effective for e-commerce customers and the growth of our Fulfillment Program. Assist Sales and Marketing teams by developing internal company branded sites. Light internal IT support from time to time. About Us

Minimum Qualifications
Previous e-comm and web design experience Experience with WooCommerce and plug-in implementation Proactive approach to troubleshooting and solving bugs/errors as they arise Solid knowledge of PHP & HTML/CSS Must have good record keeping and business communication skills Ability to work under minimal supervision with a meticulous approach to work Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no direct supervised positions to manage.
Work Environment
Due to the nature of the work, this position is required to report the Portland office. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
Education
Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation
Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday

Purpose

We are looking for a proficient production sewing specialist to add to our new, state-of-the art custom sewing department.
Core Responsibilities
First things first…you must enjoy independent production work in a sewing shop and contribute to a team based environment. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This sewing position is responsible for the efficient and accurate sewing of both traditional and leather patches onto headwear and apparel. This is an in-house decoration position in a comfortable, clean and modern environment. New equipment, efficient process, and clear communication structure will be put into place to ensure a high level of success.

We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for our customers. We are looking for an energetic fulfillment specialist to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. A fulfillment specialist must always be on time and be able to work long hours on their feet. We expect high attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
First things first…you must enjoy working in a warehouse. It also helps if you have a strong interest for the craft beer industry. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This warehouse position is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders received daily. The warehouse team is responsible for strengthening our partnerships with breweries by being accurate, friendly and fast with the processing of all orders.
Specific Duties Include
Ability to work independently and as a team Receive and count inbound product Perform various receiving functions, such as unloading trucks and putting away product in correct locations Organize orders to be picked in an efficient manner Communicate with warehouse team and to notify of received goods and outbound shipments Follow safety procedures About Us
