Position: Production Sewing Specialist
Location: Position is based in Milwaukie, OR
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Reports to: Sewing Lead
Purpose
Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for our customers. We are looking for a proficient production sewing specialist to add to our new, state-of-the art custom sewing department.
Core Responsibilities
First things first…you must enjoy independent production work in a sewing shop and contribute to a team based environment. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This sewing position is responsible for the efficient and accurate sewing of both traditional and leather patches onto headwear and apparel. This is an in-house decoration position in a comfortable, clean and modern environment. New equipment, efficient process, and clear communication structure will be put into place to ensure a high level of success.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have a great attitude Need to love an organized and clean work space Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial sewing shop is preferred Proficiency in industrial sewing applications is required Must be able to follow directions Have a high attention to detail Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment
Due to the nature of the work, this position must report to the warehouse location in Milwaukie to perform duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift boxes of up to 40 lbs. The employee must be comfortable with sitting at a sewing station for extended periods of time and working with their hands and feet.
Compensation
Brewery Branding offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding work environment and growth for committed professionals. Starting wage of $17-19/hr depending on experience. Position is fulltime.

Purpose

The Marketing position is critical in connecting our passion for the industry with our desire to help promote a brewery’s brand through a robust merchandise program. Our goal is to support every brewery in the US and help outfit their beer loving fans with the best merchandise possible.
Core Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be the driving force for building proactive, creative, and organized strategies while supporting our mission of serving every brewery in the country. We love producing brewery merchandise, and apparel but need a creative and organized individual to help us coordinate and share all our creative ideas to our brewery partners. A perfect individual will challenge the norm of how we use all social media platforms, challenge the sales team to be amazing, and run so fast with innovative ideas that we will need to recruit even more sales folks to keep up with you. Essential Job Duties Include
Work closely with sales to create internal and external communication pieces Create a seasonal merchandise and promotional calendar Work with sales to find new ways to get BB in front of our customers Brainstorm fresh go to market ideas with BB Crew Collect regional trends from sales team to develop targeted promotional strategies for each region Work with other marketing teams, internal staff, and external agencies and vendors Develop and maintain a calendar to direct our marketing efforts at industry events Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the management and leveraging the right internal processes Developing marketing strategies for new products Lead the process and team in designing, setup, and running of Brewery Branding booth at industry events Identify new and upcoming trends and gear by attending industry events Seasonally rebuild our showroom to highlight the best upcoming merch and programs we have to offer Maintain an active social media presence to engage with the brewing industry and help promote Brewery Branding and its products Provide ideas, examples, and inspiration to our E-Comm / Web Designer to improve the Brewery Branding website Analyze online store data and study customer purchasing trends Lead the company on an internal branding project Highly effective in one-on-one situations with co-workers and customers Weekends and evening functions from time to time – You will need to be available to work and attend industry events multiple times a year Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Position: Production Coordinator Level 1

Purpose
Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We provide services that support brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for any brewery that needs it. The Production Coordinator is a critical member of the sales team that will make sure the team runs smoothly and delivers on all the promises made to our brewery partners. If being the glue to a crazy talented sales group sounds awesome to you, you might be the perfect candidate.
Core Responsibilities
This role will receive information from outside sales to create sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders. An amazing Production Coordinator will need to effectively communicate information between several departments and carry projects across the finish line with style and grace. Being seriously organized is a must. Making sure the team meets promised timelines will be a daily task and you must have the ability to independently attack and solve problems in your sleep. Must play well with others!
Specific Duties Include
Assist sales team by creating quotes, sales orders, and PO’s with follow up as needed Be the voice within the Brewery Branding Portland office for outside sales needs Source products from a variety of vendors and decorators and properly quote the business based on individual customer needs Vendor engagement to include; Standardize vendor communications, maintain production schedules, reduce timeline changes, effectively work ship dates and tracking between Brewery Branding sales, supply vendor and decorator. Communicate priorities and production schedules to vendors for screen print, embroidery, sewing, and cut & sew hat jobs. Will verify pricing and operating margin on all orders Super amazing at evaluating problems and creating solutions quickly Must be a positive personality and voice at all times Conduct daily QC checks on items produced before sending to customer About Us
