Brewery Branding Co. is looking for a mid-level graphic designer to help create killer merchandise for breweries all over the country. From t-shirts and hats, to bottle openers and stickers, we design it all. The ideal candidate has a creative drive, a great eye for merchandise and apparel, self-motivated, and has a passion for beer. Ultimately, we need an applicant capable of spotting and utilizing design trends from not only the beer industry, but other similar industries, and apply them to your work.
As a member of our design team you will be creating various mock ups and designs that breweries can use to showcase their brand. You must be proficient in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with experience in designing for apparel decoration. Photography and/or web skills are bonuses, but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create new and exciting designs to use on all product categories from apparel to merchandise. Use existing client artwork to create product mock-ups for customer review. Be able to quickly browse a clients website in order to extract a feel for their brand and apply that to their merchandise. Edit and manipulate files to be print ready. Photograph products for online stores & marketing material. Assist in online store and internal web design. Produce additional graphics for marketing, social media, or internal needs. Perform other job duties as needed.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or at least 2 years experience in apparel design, fashion, or screen printing. Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Must follow current apparel trends. Ability to work individually as well as in a group setting. Creative drive to design new and original products. Time management skills including working in a queue and prioritizing deadlines. Take ownership of projects and accountability for results.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing job duties through prioritization and a passion for supporting others. This includes general administrative, inside and outside account management and customer service duties. Being highly organized, task oriented, and an excellent communicator are critical to success in this role. The ability to perform within an autonomous and flexible work environment is paramount. This is an entry level position in our customer service department that provides service to and works closely with our account management team. This position requires a self-motivated and energetic individual.
Answers requests for information and quotations for custom merchandise. Gathers data from vendors and manufacturing partners to calculate quotations and pricing for our customers. Sources products from manufacturing network to achieve brewery product initiatives. Design and layout of product mockups and presentations. Provides impeccable data entry support. Answers phone line, email inquiries, and screens voicemails. Supports all Team Members on projects and business initiatives.
How You Got Here
Degree (A.A. or higher) from an accredited college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Past experience with account management in a sales environment. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail. Demonstrated competency of mathematical applications and concepts. Strong interpersonal communicator that is apparent in both written and verbal form. Passion for craft beer. Experience in promotional products or apparel decoration (screen printing/embroidery) is a bonus. Graphic design skills (illustrator, photoshop) are a plus, but not required. A self-starter who thrives in a team setting with minimal supervision.
Full Time, 40 hours per week.
