You’re motivated, detail oriented, and excited to work with some of the best brands in the craft beverage space and beyond. Consumer trends get you excited, and you have a knack for distilling them down into exciting apparel and merchandise that helps our customer’s brands tell their story. Your ability to adapt to different brand’s style and personality excites you, and translating that into high quality tangible apparel, headwear, and merchandise excites you as much as it does our customers. This role is dedicated to working alongside our customers to develop the best merchandise out there, to be strong stewards of their brands, and to help tell their story one shirt at a time. The account manager will managing existing and new inbound accounts to grow revenue through impeccable customer service, clear communication, and an incredible resource to our customers to make merch easy.

Job Description and Duties

Manages order flow from non-key / day-to-day accounts as well as new incoming opportunities from initial concepts, order writing, project management, through final production. Provides excellent customer service, becoming a key resource to our customers to make merch easy. The Account Manager is the primary contact for their customers, working alongside our design team to bring concepts to life from concept through creation. The Account Manager drives revenue through efficiently managing existing accounts, prospecting idle accounts, to regain their trust and become their primary merch provider. This position is a representative of Brewery Branding’s core values and a welcoming ambassador that exudes positivity and a passion for what we do.

Essential Job Duties Include

  • Ability to work independently in a project management based environment.
  • Clear communication and customer service skills.
  • Be able to quickly browse a client's website in order to extract a feel for their brand and apply that to their merchandise.
  • Manage accurate quotes, order writing, and manage project workflows.
  • Outreach to existing inactive accounts to reestablish communication and showcase new offerings.
  • Display a solid work ethic and can-do attitude.
  • Excel within a system that demands attention to detail in both work output and working within a process

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a salesperson or program manager in any fast-paced environment
  • Should have basic knowledge and skills in sales, and organizational development
  • Must be an amazing and organized communicator
  • Planning and execution - Ability to access and analyze information from various sources, reach conclusions, and provide input to create a solution to challenges
  • Organization development - ability to interact effectively in one-on-one situations with co-workers, vendors and customers
  • Approachable personality with a strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrates leadership and the ability to be a great active listener
  • Basic computer software proficiency (MS Office/G Suite; sales tracking tools), ability to update company databases
  • Must have good record keeping and business communication skills
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This position currently has no direct reports.

    Work Environment

    Due to the nature of the work and the need to interact with customers, this position can be completed remotely. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

    Education

    Preferred bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to work at a computer workstation for long periods of time.

    Compensation

    Pay: $56,000 per year
