Purpose

Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft beer industry. Additionally, we provide resources that support brewers’ brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for those who need it. The Marketing position is critical in connecting our passion for the industry with our desire to help promote a brewery’s brand through a robust merchandise program. Our goal is to support every brewery in the US and help outfit their beer loving fans with the best merchandise possible.

Core Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be the driving force for building proactive, creative, and organized strategies while supporting our mission of serving every brewery in the country. We love producing brewery merchandise, and apparel but need a creative and organized individual to help us coordinate and share all our creative ideas to our brewery partners. A perfect individual will challenge the norm of how we use all social media platforms, challenge the sales team to be amazing, and run so fast with innovative ideas that we will need to recruit even more sales folks to keep up with you. Essential Job Duties Include

  • Work closely with sales to create internal and external communication pieces
  • Create a seasonal merchandise and promotional calendar
  • Work with sales to find new ways to get BB in front of our customers
  • Brainstorm fresh go to market ideas with BB Crew
  • Collect regional trends from sales team to develop targeted promotional strategies for each region
  • Work with other marketing teams, internal staff, and external agencies and vendors
  • Develop and maintain a calendar to direct our marketing efforts at industry events
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the management and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Developing marketing strategies for new products
  • Lead the process and team in designing, setup, and running of Brewery Branding booth at industry events
  • Identify new and upcoming trends and gear by attending industry events
  • Seasonally rebuild our showroom to highlight the best upcoming merch and programs we have to offer
  • Maintain an active social media presence to engage with the brewing industry and help promote Brewery Branding and its products
  • Provide ideas, examples, and inspiration to our E-Comm / Web Designer to improve the Brewery Branding website
  • Analyze online store data and study customer purchasing trends
  • Lead the company on an internal branding project
  • Highly effective in one-on-one situations with co-workers and customers
  • Weekends and evening functions from time to time – You will need to be available to work and attend industry events multiple times a year

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Two to five years marketing expertise
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Exposure and understanding of key social media platforms

We are looking for a proficient production sewing department lead to add to our new, state-of-the art custom sewing department.

    Core Responsibilities

    First things first…you must enjoy independent production work in a sewing shop and contribute to a team-based environment. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. The Sewing Lead position will be responsible for being the primary point of contact between the sewing department and other departments and will finds ways to keep communication flowing between departments and team members in a positive and productive way. We are looking for an energetic e-commerce specialist to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting for our growing number of online stores. An e-commerce specialist must be organized, task-oriented, and eager to help further the partnerships we’ve built with our customers over the years.

    Core Responsibilities

    The Ecommerce Specialist will be tasked with interdepartmental communication to ensure inventory that gets received in our warehouse is added to its corresponding online store in an accurate, timely manner. Quick and friendly customer service will also play a key part in this role as this person will be in communication with our brewery contacts helping facilitate upcoming online sales & promotions and returns & exchanges when needed.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Daily communication between Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to confirm receipt of inventory
  • Coordinate with our Marketing department to set up product photography for new item postings
  • Handle return and exchange scenarios with our brewery customers to ensure their customers have a good shopping experience
  • Receive requests from our customers to set up sales and promotions on their online stores

The TSM is also responsible for managing the development of sales within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. An ideal TSM will be amazing at: Finding and developing new accounts, helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through brewery merchandise, and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available brewery retail channels. Additionally, we provide resources that build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for our clients. This position is critical in order to reach our growth potential and profitability by managing efficient supply chains for the organization.

    Core Responsibilities

    Our Operations Lead is responsible for managing multiple supply chains critical to the success of the Brewery Brandings product lineup. This role is responsible for the management of vendor agreements, product quality control, supplier pricing, and the creation of efficient workflows as they relate to our internal and external teams and vendors. Responsibilities also include managing the in-house sewing department, creation management of clear SOP’s between sales, production, design, and warehousing teams.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Will become an advanced user of our in-house ERP system for vendor setup and managing data flow between Brewery Branding and our supplier network
  • Primary lead in new product development; sourcing new suppliers, quality control of samples, and keeping projects on track
  • Management of supply chain network; be main point of contact for suppliers to negotiate pricing, maintain production schedules, schedule shipments, standardize communication, solve supplier issues, and improve communication
  • Develop and maintain a quality control tracker; Primary person responsible for the tracking and improving of all QC issues using a tracker so internal or external accountability can be assigned, managed, and fixed
  • Work with production team to better understand product lines, improve communication efficiency and accuracy, and streamline production workflow as it relates to our supply chains
  • Manage the in-house sewing department; help schedule and prioritize projects in the sewing queue, coordinate sewing projects to be outsourced, and maintain updated department timelines that are communicated throughout the sales and production teams

The TSM is also responsible for managing the development of sales within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. An ideal TSM will be amazing at: Finding and developing new accounts, helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through brewery merchandise, and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available brewery retail channels. The TSM will be the customers connection and voice to Brewery Branding and will act as the primary go-to for all challenges & opportunities.

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to assist in developing and growing Brewery Branding’s presence in the Craft Beer industry. We are a growing company that moves fast and we will need you to do the same. Ideally, coupled with your LOVE for social media and content creation is an ability to pivot quickly while remaining detail oriented.

    As a member of our marketing team, you will work to expand our online presence and industry visibility via social media, email marketing campaigns and other strategies. Additionally, you will work directly with our Online Store & Fulfillment Manager to photograph and edit apparel for web-based display. You must be proficient in both product photography and photo editing. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills (or the desire to develop them) is a must.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan social media content calendar, steward implementation across multiple platforms, oversee consistent brand voice, and monitor high-level trends to ensure we follow best practices.
  • Plan and develop social media advertising strategies (Facebook & Instagram) including targeting parameters, budget management, copywriting and creative asset management, and reporting.
  • Photograph and edit products for online stores & marketing materials.
