Purpose

Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and online store management for our customers. We are looking for an energetic e-commerce specialist to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting for our growing number of online stores. An e-commerce specialist must be organized, task-oriented, and eager to help further the partnerships we’ve built with our customers over the years.

Core Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Specialist will be tasked with interdepartmental communication to ensure inventory that gets received in our warehouse is added to its corresponding online store in an accurate, timely manner. Quick and friendly customer service will also play a key part in this role as this person will be in communication with our brewery contacts helping facilitate upcoming online sales & promotions and returns & exchanges when needed.

Specific Duties Include

  • Daily communication between Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to confirm receipt of inventory
  • Coordinate with our Marketing department to set up product photography for new item postings
  • Handle return and exchange scenarios with our brewery customers to ensure their customers have a good shopping experience
  • Receive requests from our customers to set up sales and promotions on their online stores
  • Minimal data entry for freight reporting each month
  • Inventory reconciliation to make sure inventory on hand lines up with what’s available online

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as a team with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with e-commerce sales platforms (WooCommerce/WordPress, ShipStation, Metorik, etc.)
  • Multitasking ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing great organizational, communication, and math skills.

The TSM is also responsible for managing the development of sales within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. This position is critical in order to reach our growth potential and profitability by managing efficient supply chains for the organization.

    Core Responsibilities

    Our Operations Lead is responsible for managing multiple supply chains critical to the success of the Brewery Brandings product lineup. This role is responsible for the management of vendor agreements, product quality control, supplier pricing, and the creation of efficient workflows as they relate to our internal and external teams and vendors. Responsibilities also include managing the in-house sewing department, creation management of clear SOP’s between sales, production, design, and warehousing teams.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Will become an advanced user of our in-house ERP system for vendor setup and managing data flow between Brewery Branding and our supplier network
  • Primary lead in new product development; sourcing new suppliers, quality control of samples, and keeping projects on track
  • Management of supply chain network; be main point of contact for suppliers to negotiate pricing, maintain production schedules, schedule shipments, standardize communication, solve supplier issues, and improve communication
  • Develop and maintain a quality control tracker; Primary person responsible for the tracking and improving of all QC issues using a tracker so internal or external accountability can be assigned, managed, and fixed
  • Work with production team to better understand product lines, improve communication efficiency and accuracy, and streamline production workflow as it relates to our supply chains
  • Manage the in-house sewing department; help schedule and prioritize projects in the sewing queue, coordinate sewing projects to be outsourced, and maintain updated department timelines that are communicated throughout the sales and production teams

Additionally, you will work directly with our Online Store & Fulfillment Manager to photograph and edit apparel for web-based display. You must be proficient in both product photography and photo editing. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills (or the desire to develop them) is a must.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan social media content calendar, steward implementation across multiple platforms, oversee consistent brand voice, and monitor high-level trends to ensure we follow best practices.
  • Plan and develop social media advertising strategies (Facebook & Instagram) including targeting parameters, budget management, copywriting and creative asset management, and reporting.

    Position: Production Rep

We provide services that support brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for any brewery that needs it. The Sales Support Rep is a critical member of the sales team that will make sure the team runs smoothly and delivers on all the promises made to our brewery partners. If being the glue to a crazy talented sales group sounds awesome to you, you might be the perfect candidate.

    Core Responsibilities

    This role will receive information from outside sales to create sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders. An amazing SSR will need to effectively communicate information between several departments and carry projects across the finish line with style and grace. Being seriously organized is a must. Making sure the team meets promised timelines will be a daily task and you must have the ability to independently attack and solve problems in your sleep. Must play well with others!

    Specific Duties Include

  • Assist sales team by creating quotes, orders, and PO’s with follow up as needed
  • Be the voice within the Brewery Branding Portland office for outside sales needs
  • Source products from a variety of vendors and decorators and properly quote the business based on individual customer needs
  • Will learn to be a super-user (Superhero) on the company ERP/CRM system
  • Help to develop and execute internal and external traffic management protocols
  • Vendor engagement to include; Standardize vendor communications, maintain production schedules, reduce timeline changes, effectively work ship dates and tracking between Brewery Branding, supply vendor and decorator. Communicate priorities and production schedules to vendors.
