Core Responsibilities

This role will work together with Key Account Managers & Designers to take any project from concept to completion. You will be asked to coordinate sales quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, design concepts and big picture proposals. An amazing Key Project Manager will need to effectively communicate information between several departments and carry projects across the finish line with style and grace. Being seriously organized is necessary. Ensuring your Key Account Team meets promised timelines will be a daily task, and you must be able to independently attack and solve problems in your sleep. Must play well with others!

Essential Job Duties Include

  • Contribute to Key Account Team by creating quotes, sales orders, PO’s, design requests and program building with follow up as needed
  • Be the voice within the Brewery Branding Portland office for Key Account Team needs
  • Source products from a variety of vendors and decorators and properly quote the business based on individual customer needs
  • Vendor engagement includes vendor communications, maintaining production schedules, reducing timeline changes, effectively work ship dates and tracking between Brewery Branding sales, supply vendor and decorator.
  • Communicate priorities and production schedules to vendors for screen print, embroidery, sewing, and merchandise manufacturing.
  • Communicate and interact with customers and affiliated partners occasionally
  • Super amazing at evaluating problems and creating solutions quickly
  • Must always be a positive personality and voice
  • Conduct QC checks on items produced before sending to customer
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a salesperson or program manager in any fast-paced environment
  • Should have basic knowledge and skills in sales, and organizational development
  • Must be an amazing and organized communicator
  • Planning and execution - Ability to access and analyze information from various sources, reach conclusions, and provide input to create a solution to challenges
  • Organization development - ability to interact effectively in one-on-one situations with co-workers, vendors and customers

    Work Environment

    Due to the nature of the work, this position is required to report the Portland office for work duties. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.

    Purpose

This sales position is the critical point person responsible for creating partnerships with breweries to help promote customer's brands through the creation of killer brewery merchandise.

    Core Responsibilities

    First things first…you must have a love/passion for the craft beer industry. The folks within the beer world are the best, and we expect nothing less from ourselves. The TSM is responsible for managing sales development within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. An ideal TSM will be amazing at: Finding and developing new accounts, helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through brewery merchandise, and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available brewery retail channels. The TSM will be the customer's connection and voice to Brewery Branding and act as the primary go-to for all challenges & opportunities.

    Essential Job Duties Include

  • Active management of sales for Brewery Branding and its brewery customers
  • Will work with your manager to set territory monthly/quarterly goals

We are looking for an organized motivated person to assist with production tasks in our sewing department.

    Core Responsibilities

    First things first…you must enjoy independent production work in a sewing shop and contribute to a team-based environment. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This production assistant position is key in keeping the department efficient, organized, and running smoothly. This is an in-house position in a comfortable, clean, and modern environment. New equipment, efficient processes, and clear communication structure will be put into place to ensure a high level of success for the team.

    Essential Job Duties Include

  • Accurately count and check into inventory:
    - Blank goods
    - Patch/label
    - Other general department items
  • Maintain organization of sewing and other assigned work spaces
  • Daily completion of various department tasks to include:
    - Pre-patching of garments
    - folding/packing of finished goods
    - And other various department task as needed and assigned by manager
  • Willing to learn the sewing process on our in house industrial sewing machines
  • Assisting with various garment tagging projects as needed
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly on all assigned task
  • Must be able to follow direction with great accuracy

    Job Description and Duties

  • This role breaks up between two key priorities:
  • Leading all marketing initiatives to establish Brewery Branding the GO-TO brewery supplier for custom goods.
  • Leading the internal team to drive product and design trends keeping Brewery Branding at the leading edge of the custom good category
  • Marketing Initiatives

  • Create, execute, and evaluate regular programs to empower the sales team in the field
  • Manage Craft Brewers Conference Trade Show
  • Create support materials for smaller trade shows throughout the year
  • Design contests, and methods for customer acquisition
  • Manage advertising and sponsorship
  • Establish category authority with podcast appearances, press, and content marketing
  • Create annual Merch Report
  • Lead social media marketing

  • Establish a cadence of innovation for trendy new items for custom merch
  • Inspire custom design process to deliver the most on trend design work
  • Identify new items, materials, and categories that add incremental opportunities to the business

We are looking for an energetic e-commerce specialist to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting for our growing number of online stores. An e-commerce specialist must be organized, task-oriented, and eager to help further the partnerships we’ve built with our customers over the years.

    Core Responsibilities

    The Ecommerce Specialist will be tasked with interdepartmental communication to ensure inventory that gets received in our warehouse is added to its corresponding online store in an accurate, timely manner. Quick and friendly customer service will also play a key part in this role as this person will be in communication with our brewery contacts helping facilitate upcoming online sales & promotions and returns & exchanges when needed.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Daily communication between Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to confirm receipt of inventory
  • Coordinate with our Marketing department to set up product photography for new item postings
  • Handle return and exchange scenarios with our brewery customers to ensure their customers have a good shopping experience
  • Receive requests from our customers to set up sales and promotions on their online stores
  • Minimal data entry for freight reporting each month
  • Inventory reconciliation to make sure inventory on hand lines up with what’s available online

This sales position is the critical point person responsible for creating partnerships with breweries to help promote their brands through the creation of killer brewery merchandise.

    Core Responsibilities

    First things first…you must have a love/passion for the craft beer industry. The folks within the beer world are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. The TSM is also responsible for managing the development of sales within a specified territory. They will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of all accounts within their territory. An ideal TSM will be amazing at: Finding and developing new accounts, helping breweries realize the full potential of their brand through brewery merchandise, and developing processes that maximize the movement and profitability of these items through all available brewery retail channels. The TSM will be the customers connection and voice to Brewery Branding and will act as the primary go-to for all challenges & opportunities.

    Specific Duties Include

  • Active management of sales and profitability for Brewery Branding and its brewery customers
  • Will work with regional manager to set territory monthly/quarterly goals
  • Will find creative ways to achieve sales goals
  • Active in-field selling with quarterly sales presentations being conducted with top customers
  • Setting and maintaining the highest standards of any promotional or retail company within the following areas; sales interactions, quality of all merchandise, customer perceived value, and creating value to the brewing industry.
  • Will be aggressive with finding ways to participate and support the brewery industry as a whole
  • Develop and execute protocols that are effective for your accounts and in-house team members
  • Will work closely and effectively with Sales Support Staff to create and work within specific SOP’s
