Position: Ecommerce Coordinator

Location: Position is based in Milwaukie, OR

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Ecommerce & Fulfillment Manager

Purpose

Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and online store management for our customers. We are looking for an energetic e-commerce specialist to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting for our growing number of online stores. An e-commerce specialist must be organized, task-oriented, and eager to help further the partnerships we’ve built with our customers over the years.

Core Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Specialist will be tasked with interdepartmental communication to ensure inventory that gets received in our warehouse is added to its corresponding online store in an accurate, timely manner. Quick and friendly customer service will also play a key part in this role as this person will be in communication with our brewery contacts helping facilitate upcoming online sales & promotions and returns & exchanges when needed.

Specific Duties Include

  • Daily communication between Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to confirm receipt of inventory
  • Coordinate with our Marketing department to set up product photography for new item postings
  • Handle return and exchange scenarios with our brewery customers to ensure their customers have a good shopping experience
  • Receive requests from our customers to set up sales and promotions on their online stores
  • Minimal data entry for freight reporting each month
  • Inventory reconciliation to make sure inventory on hand lines up with what’s available online

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as a team with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with e-commerce sales platforms (WooCommerce/WordPress, ShipStation, Metorik, etc.)
  • Multitasking ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing great organizational, communication, and math skills.
  • Basic computer software proficiency (MS Office/G Suite)
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This role has no direct supervised positions to manage.

    Work Environment

    Due to the nature of the work, this position is required to report to the Portland office for work duties. Light travel may be required from time to time.

    Education

    Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to work at a computer workstation for long periods of time. Lift, lower, carry products up to 65 pounds

    Compensation

    Brewery Branding offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding work environment and growth for committed professionals.

  • Starting wage of $18/hr
