Position: Warehouse/Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Position is based in Milwaukie, OR

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Purpose

Brewery Branding is the leading merchandise and promotional printing company for the craft brewing industry. We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and on-line store management for our customers. We are looking for an energetic fulfillment specialist to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. A fulfillment specialist must always be on time and be able to work long hours on their feet. We expect high attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

First things first…you must enjoy working in a warehouse. It also helps if you have a strong interest for the craft beer industry. The people we get to work with are the best and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This warehouse position is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders received daily. The warehouse team is responsible for strengthening our partnerships with breweries by being accurate, friendly and fast with the processing of all orders.

Specific Duties Include

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Receive and count inbound product
  • Perform various receiving functions, such as unloading trucks and putting away product in correct locations
  • Organize orders to be picked in an efficient manner
  • Communicate with warehouse team and to notify of received goods and outbound shipments

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a great attitude
  • Need to love an organized and clean work space
  • Preferred six months of previous experience in shipping and warehouse environment
  • Must be able to lift and carry products up to 65 pounds
  • Must be able to follow directions
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Strong addition/subtraction skills
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This role has no direct supervised positions to manage.

    Work Environment

    Due to the nature of the work, this position must report to the warehouse location in Milwaukie to perform duties.

    Education

    High School diploma

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to:

    • Lift, lower, carry product up to 65 pounds
    • Stand on your feet 8 hours a day
    • Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.

    Compensation

    Brewery Branding offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding work environment and growth for committed professionals. Starting wage of $16-18/hr based on experience. Position is fulltime.
